If you stay in the city, this could be your one chance to get out there and experience the fresh air from the suburb trails. Get out there with your family on a weekend with a rented truck filled with mountain bikes for the family and cycle along the trails to experience both a scenic view and stay active at the same time. Make sure to pack a picnic lunch with you so your family can have a delicious and healthy meal in the countryside!

Swimming

The blisteringly hot summer is the best time to take a swim with the family and enjoy the cool waters together with family. You could choose to take a dip at a local swimming complex, but we’d advise you to take this opportunity to bring your family to a freshwater lake and immerse yourself in the serene environment, away from rowdy crowds and crowded beaches.

 

Family Hike

Finally, a morning family hike is the perfect start to a summer as you get to stay fit and take in the gorgeous views of the mountain you’re climbing. A casual hike burns up to 400 calories every hour, so make sure you stay hydrated in between and look out for your kids if they are climbing along.
