I love what I do for a living, so I will never work a day in my life. This is what gets me out of bed in the morning, excited to take on the day: coaching people to be healthy and fit and to feel good about themselves is the most rewarding job in the world!
Growing up, I was picked on and bullied. Martial arts and training became my outlet to combat the emotional stress and hardship, and this helped me to get in great shape and gain self-confidence. I realized then that I wanted to help others become fit and confident in the same way. When I started my coaching career in 2005, I had the privilege of working with some of the best fitness
coaches in the business who taught me how to properly assess my clients as individuals. Each person
who trains with me starts from a different place and has unique goals, and I am able to meet them all
right where they are. From helping people of all ages lose weight and build muscle; to addressing aches, pains, and muscular issues; to teaching athletes techniques for enhancing speed and performance – I have the knowledge and perspective to serve a very diverse group of clients.
The fundamentals of my coaching are safe strength training, kettlebells, mobility, flexibility, and athletic training. This foundation is adaptable to anyone, regardless of your current fitness level. I have a passion for helping people become a better version of themselves, physically and mentally. Debra Rydziel – Precision Nutrition certified

Since starting my coaching career in 2012, I have helped clients become strong in body, mind and spirit and achieve success in their fitness goals.  As a working mom, I know how difficult it can be to make time for yourself.  I also know what it’s like to be completely out of shape and not feel good about myself.  Working with a coach taught me how important it was to help with programming and learn proper form and technique.  This was the turning point to regaining my self-confidence.  I am certified in many different training styles, but currently specialize in strength and conditioning to help people of all ages and abilities lose body fat and build muscle.  I strive to inspire and motivate each client to achieve success to lead a healthier lifestyle – whether you’re looking to lose ten, twenty pounds or more or you are a former college athlete wanting to get back in shape.  I have helped people who have never been sports oriented or worked out before run their ever first 5k.  Meal planning for proper nutrition is an important part of training.   We will work together so you will be able to make good choices that work within your lifestyle.  I will be with you every step of the way to help you get started.  Let’s take this journey together.
