Brian began lifting weights in 2004, while he was about to begin embarking on a journey into the world of professional wrestling. While training himself to look the part inside the wrestling ring, he began to enjoy the various challenges that weight lifting and training in general brought to him.
He began to appreciate and enjoy each accomplishment he reached, challenge set in front of him, or personal record he set for himself. It is that feeling of accomplishment that he desires to now pass down to each and every person he can. In 2014 after encouragement, and mentorship from Andreas Washeim, Brian completed his Training for Warriors certification to begin helping others live the warrior lifestyle!
Brian believes that everyone CAN, and SHOULD feel great, and his intention is to bring his unique level of intensity, and enthusiasm into his coaching sessions.
